Everything about them inspires me and my music continually. They had soaring melodies, catchy riffs, b-movie horror lyrics and a punk attitude. The Traveling Vampire Show. Don't want to spoil anything so I won't go into details, but this was just all over the place. I like 'coming of age' horror stories and the premise for this sounded interesting; a group of young friends want to see a vampire in captivity. I also thought the three main characters were pretty interesting and likable. The Travelling Vampire Show is one of my favourite Richard Laymon Books. The action never stops and there are always plenty of things to keep you guessing right until the very end.
